Gigabyte H410 vs MSI H410M-A PRO (Gigabyte vs MSI's motherboards)

Hello there.

I'll try to make this question as short as possible, basically I'm upgrading my PC. I was ready to go with a Gigabyte H410 motherboard yesterday but it went out of stock here in my country, and now I'm aiming for a MSI H410M-A Pro. However I'm second guessing it because I've heard about bad unreliable things about MSI whether that's their support or their quality VRM and bad bios, it's not that I've seen bad reviews about this particular model but just to be sure I thought I'd ask I know most people don't care about the branding and they just look for overall features which is what I'm looking at too like M.2 slots and USB ports.

So does anyone else have a bad experience with this motherboard in mind or with other brands? Thank you in advance.

PC Specs i'll pair it with.

CPU:I5-10400F

RAM:16GB 2666mhz

GPU: GTX 1070

PSU: Corsair VS550 (will replace this one down the line)

2 HDD's

1 SSD

(My asus motherboard for reference that I'll replace that still works from 2013. asus p8h61-m lx3 plus r2.0)

Is there any particular reason you want H410?

Tight budget. I know the CPU won't be able to go over 3000mhz
