Which GPU should I go with?

I'm looking to build my first computer.( budget around €1500 or $1800)

I'm going to use the computer for gaming and schoolwork.

I have found an unopened RTX 3070 TUF gaming OC for €450 / $541. 

Should I go with this graphics card or wait for the RTX3060/3060 TI/ RX6700/6800?

If you have a better card for my build let me know in the response!

If you can get your hands on it at MSRP or near MSRP (which while that is a tad more on the expensive side for MSRP but way less than market price) go for it. Otherwise with the current market.... Good luck

For a gaming PC the GPU should be the most expensive single component, and under normal circumstances aim for about 1/3 of the budget for it.

I recently bought the same card through a legit store for €830 (€620 excluding Norwegian VAT), so €450 for the same seems like a good deal. Just make sure you actually get what you're paying for if you buy second hand.

if thats a real deal, I would take it in a heartbeat.  TUF is a good card, and 540$ is very reasonable given the insane market.
