Program requesting Administrator for feature but it's not working..

Hello, I'm Using DroidCam App so

the default resolution is 480p

So when i select HD-MODE it asked me to

run as administrator but when i select 720P it

just gives me "error please make sure HD mode was run as an administrator".

So i tried restarting the computer, but now when i select HD mode it does not even prompt me the

Run As administrator dialog. The good thing is that there is a separate shortcut for HD mode

tried running as administrator but still same issue. I need some help ASAP!

Hm... Are you running it on an account that isn't an/the administrator? If so that might be the problem, I run into a related problem like this every now and then, but that's just me. 

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

Did you buy the app? I am familiar with DroidCam and I know it requires Pro version for 720p. If you did, some apps require UAC to be disabled in order to work, it might be one of those.

its the only user.

Weird enough it let me change to HD mode in my windows 7 computer

and not the other one with windows 10..
