This isn't 100% reliable. The problem is (cue Steve Burke rant here) there is no actual standard for the E-ATX form factor. The board in my folding system is E-ATX, but uses the same screw pattern as regular ATX just with about an inch more length to the right of the RAM slots so it would fit in some ATX cases but not all. On the other hand there are gigantic workstation boards that wouldn't even fit in my folding build Enthoo Pro which is supposed to be an E-ATX case but they're still classified as E-ATX, because there's no actual standard apart from "bigger than ATX."

 

Eyeballing the 5000D, it looks like a similar situation... Some E-ATX boards would fit but probably not all, and 24 pin cable and maybe some others might be annoying to route.
