No Signal

Hello I’m new here so bare with me!

 I recently installed an additional HDD last night but when I turned on my pc I wasn’t getting a signal :/

I had to unplug and rearrange some cables.  I have no red lights on my motherboard which means there’s no errors. Everything turns on fine.  So idk what’s going on

Please post specs. Monitor signal?

It cannot be related to the hdd because even when the hdd dies or does not work still the bios should come up. Most likely this should be a problem with the gpu, the cable you're using to connect to monitor (hdmi,vga,display port) or a problem with the port in the monitor where you have plugged the cable in , try changing it to another port.
