Cursor is freezing then catching up

luxtechtips
Go to solution Solved by SEAL62,

switch the cable from your GPu to your monitor and see if that resolves the issue. If not then maybe try to get a exchange monitor.

So basically, my cursor is freezing in place, then catching up.

This problem started when I installed the NVIDIA Game Ready Driver 461.72. I even downgraded the driver and it still is happening. There is no Realtek Audio Manager in Task Manager. I can't figure out what the problem is, but I have tried the following things to fix it.

- DDU'ing the Realtek and NVIDIA drivers
- Reinstalling Windows

- Different Mouse
- Webroot Antivirus Scan

Nothing has worked, please help.

Edit: It could be my displays, because now my games are stuttering.
