Is it possible to use the M.2 header and the w_pump headers for chassis fans?

Yes, it's possible, but you wouldn't want to use the w_pump header, because the fan(s) connected to that header (or AIO_PUMP for that matter) would run at 100% at all times, instead of being controlled through Q-Fan.

M.2 header for chassis fans would be fine.

Using CPU_OPT would of course also be fine.
