Is it a bad time to upgrade right now?

Hello guys, since my Rx 570 died, i bought my friend's gtx 560 as a place holder. It has been doing good for the e-sports games that I play like dota 2 and valorant with some occasional framedrops.

I am planning right now to upgrade to something like a 1650/1650 super since the games I play is not graphically demanding but I want at least 150+fps

Is it a bad time to upgrade? Definitely dont wanna go used again since my rx 570 was bought used and it died in 9 months of regular usage and i wasnt even stressing it that much tbh

Yes. If you don't want to go used, good luck getting pretty much anything right now. 

 

Only option is to wait for the supply shortage to get sorted out so new cards are actually in stock for reasonable prices.

Seems like the 560 is working fine for now, so it really doesn't make sense to upgrade at this moment when the market is so messed up.
