Right now? Thoughts and prayers.

When prices come back down, something in the realm of a 1080, 1080 Ti or 2070/2070S family would be my pick. So, RTX 3060 if those ever come into stock again. Like I said, thoughts and prayers.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

ignoring pricing first as you can always get advice for the future (though you should ask again because future pricing may skew the choices that u can get)

what games or application are you using it for?

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

What kind of budget do you have?

What resolution? For RDR I would look at higher end GPU, but if you're willing to turn down graphical settings then you can get by with lower end

Theoretically speaking, you could pair that CPU with a 3080 and game on 1440/4k just fine

Or pair it with a 3060 for 1080/1440p experience, depends on your budget and expectations

i cant afford a gpu higher than $450, and i expect playing at least 60 fps on high settings on rdr2

According to this video at 3:40

1080p high on 1080 is about 50 fps, so you'll need 2080ti or 3070 class GPU to play rdr2 on high at 1080p@60

Which is out of your budget
