would it run ? -> intel G4930 + ASUS EX-B250-V7 = both intel 1151

No, it would not.

The Celeron G4930 is LGA1151v2, not LGA1151v1.

LGA1151v1 is 6th and 7th gen Intel, with Z170/Z270, B150/B250, H110/H210, etc. chipsets.

LGA1151v2 is 8th and 9th gen Intel, with Z370/Z390, B360/B365, and H310, etc. chipsets.

To use the Celeron you'll need a B360 or B365 board, or to use the mining board, you'll need a 6th or 7th gen Intel chip.

Just select one from the compatibility list.
