Onedrive dead file

So i do not like onedrive because i once installed it back onto my pc and it tried to backup everything including hundreds of gbs of data to then mess up and my files of my pc and had to format. So i do not use it anymore i know its built into windows but i have uninstalled it but when i search one drive this comes up, any ideas to get this to go away, as it messes with my ocd. Thank you

Right click and click on Open File Location, go up a directory and delete the folder.

Does it matter there is this file, from what i know people who choose to delete onedrive have this, i do not have the option to open file location and the file is no where to be found in my file explorer, if there is no other easy option i guess il leave it .

The file seems to be dead i can not click on it and when i got where it says it stored in my user file's there is nothing to delete, should i just leave it. I do not think there is a easy way of fixing this. I know one drive is built into windows but i had problems with it installing itself and then messing with my computer and made me have to format it, so i make it a rule to never use this cloud storage and just use google drive as i think it's better because i can choose easier what i want to upload rather than one drive uploading all the files on my pc.

Just did this Rebuilding the search index and it's still ther, no worries it was worth a try
