I need help with what components to get in a build that has the monitor and peripherals and OS included but costs $800 or less all together.  I want to be

able to play most games at fairly high settings at 1080p but most importantly be able to play Skyrim at full ultra settings at 1080p with ENBs installed.  I do

not care much for fancy gaming mice and keyboards but I do want a mechanical keyboard.  If you can get the total price below $800 that would be great

because I am trying to spend the least amount of money possible because I am only 14 and I have no way to make money other than selling my stuff and my

parents will not help pay.  If someone could please help me it would be greatly appreciated.

All I can say if good luck meeting those requirements for $800, shit good luck meeting them for $800 WITHOUT the peripherals and OS. Skyrim with ENB's isn't something to sneeze at. And mechanical keyboards are expensive as hell.

Honestly take the peripherals and OS out of your expectations and just deal with some random OEM KB/M.

Sky Pollution | i5 3570k @4.8Ghz | MSi z77a g45 | MSi GTX 770 Gaming 2gb | Samsung 840 Evo 250gb, Samsung OEM 500gb HDD | Corsair CX750m | Corsair 760t White Edition |
Corsair M95 | SuperLux 668b's | Logitech C615 | ViewSonic VX2250wm | Random OEM keyboard until I rage break it and grab another random OEM keyboard from my pile.

if you can play Skyrim on ultra with graphic mods and a demanding ENB you can play anything new that comes out on ultra :P

but there are less demanding ENBs and grapical mods, i played it/ play using a 670 OC'd so its not impossible and my cousin plays it on a gaming laptop(he was moving around a lot) but its not on ultra and the FPS is very low around 30.

I'm away from my PC at the moment so I can't find you components, however I should warn you that with your budget you won't be able to play games at high settings. Skyrim maybe, but not with ENB mods installed.

You'd struggle to meet your requirements without the peripherals included, never mind with them. You're looking at around $400-500 at a push. With that you could expect similar performance to the PS4 or Xbox One. My rig plays most games at high/ultra and it cost me approximately £1300 by itself.

I've chosen to go with a shitty monitor because it will be less demanding for the computer. The cooler can be used for light overclocking. I also got rid of the mechanical keyboard.

You should wait until the end of the year to do this build.  New GPUs and CPUs will be hitting the market, which will in turn lower the prices of older models.  Perhaps then you will be able to get something that fits your specifications better.  What you have tasked us with is near impossible though, and you will have to make some concessions.

1st, forget about a mechanical keyboard, they are almost $100 and they don't improve gaming performance whatsoever.  Focus on the main components that will give your computer power and longevity.

Also, forget about the mouse, wait until you have your PC built, then worry about peripherals.

You *should* be able to find a nice 20in 1080p monitor for around $90-100, just deal watch and you will find one eventually.

Get the best GPU you can afford, this will directly impact performance the most, this should be about 40-50% of your overall budget.

Get the least expensive 8GB 1600Mhz 9-9-9-24 RAM you can find.

Good luck, you have a tough road ahead of you, but it can be done.  Be very patient, and your best bet is to wait and deal hunt as much as possible.
