Memory clock for mining ethereum. What clocks are safe? What is some good tuning I can do to get the max out of my RTX 2060?

from my 3090 that has Tjunction on VRAM, yes, it runs pretty hot, and it gets hotter as you clock it up (also relates to power limit and what not)
but im not sure if it applies to all VRAM as 3090 is GDDR6X
