Its called graphics switching. Go to Windows' graphics settings and set an exception for the javaw.exe that is responsible for Minecraft to use "High Performance" graphics card instead of default. And also go to Nvidia graphics settings to do the same thing. I know they are redundant but both may have to be done.

That, or you just plugged the display cable into your motherboard's display port, instead of the display port present on your GTX 1650 Super.

Could you send a picture of the back of your computer where the monitor is plugged in?

At the IO (usually the back) of your PC, you usually have multiple display ports (ports used to display outputs), there could be HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA or more (search for them online and see how they look). There are usually more than just 1 of them, and if they are scattered around more than one side of the PC (top), try plugging into the other side (bottom) or vice versa.

What is essentially happening is that you might have chosen to use integrated graphics by plugging into the motherboard IO, instead of the dedicated graphics that is accessed via the graphics cards' IO.

Only if you've done the above (tried every display port and restarted the game every time), you can go to Windows' graphics settings, and theres only one way to set up exceptions so that would be intuitive.

Oh yea then the thing about setting exceptions is just for if that doesn't work for some reason. Congrats!
