I have a Google Pixel 2 that's stuck in a bootloop. I've tried going into recovery mode to reboot the system but with no luck. When the phone is restarting, it just shows the G logo with an endless loading bar (not a progress bar), as in the picture. I haven't found if other people have recently encountered this issue or if there are other options I can try to startup the phone. In this case, factory resetting the device would not be an option as I'd like to keep the data from the phone.

I also know this might be a longshot, but if there would be a way to just recover the data on the phone from a computer, that would be great.

Did you do something to cause this? Like tried to install a custom firmware? Root?

Were you running stock ROM or a custom ROM ? Did you have TWRP installed?

The phone was running stock Google Android and happened right after taking a few pictures with the camera app. At first I thought it might be because of the cold weather outside but now it had plenty of time to warm up and charge the battery.
