So I just recently moved to an itx b440/5600x setup paired with my 2080ti

Previously I had a rad on my 4770k, but I have removed it because the rad is old and I figured I may as well sell the old chip mobo and rad together.

But this leaves me with a question reguarding my case airflow.

Currently I have
3 120mm Static pressure focused noctuas (cant remember the model) fans up front on intake because they need to push though the h440s drive cages.
2 120s up top on exhaust (they were the LTT NF-F12 noctuas I had on my rad before.
1 LTT Noctua 140mm in rear  on exhaust (cant remember the model)

This is basicly what I had before just now there is no rad, but I am wondering should I abandon one of the top fans? Because currently I imagine that I am running negitive air pressure inside of the case since I have the 1 fan of a larger diameter in rear.

Also of note all of these are running on fan speed reducers into the h440s fan hub to keep the system on the quite side.

My main concern is the 2080ti does get toasty for sure when I have pushed it in higher demand applications. Thus why im wondering if I should really be removing a fan, but I know what more fans doesnt nessicarily mean better.

Few things. What CPU cooler? What does "toasty" mean (in Celcius)? I will reply assuming you have stock cooler for CPU, and that toasty means 70-80C (which isn't what I would call toasty).

So top and rear fans do nothing directly to GPU. You can easily test what kind of effect removing one would be by just disconnecting it. As for front fans, do you have all drive bays filled? The drive bays, if empty, do not effect airflow. The bigger issue is that you only get air from little side holes.

What are you after overall? Better temps for GPU? Having something to direct more airflow to GPU would help most there. Or just getting case with better airflow.

And last note, pressure in PC case isn't relevant. The case is not sealed box, quite far from it. And as seen in LTT 1-year dust test, the pressure isn't even factor with dust collecting. Dust will still be there, just focused in areas where your intakes are.

I recall it hitting 90 in VR. I took the front panal off when I seen that but recently put it back on with a choice to just remove it for more demanding titles if temps are making me uncomfortable because I got sick of it falling over/floating around the room.

The drive bays are not full but there are a decent amount of drives in them, and there are also drive sleads too so they arent floating around in a drawer which take up..nearly as much room as the drive itself in terms of surface area.

And it was a question about dust with the negitive internal pressure since I do live in a fairly dsty enviroment. And maybe making the PC a lil quiter too.

I would say the case not being really airflow friendly is your biggest issue. NZXT isn't known for being very good in that area.

So for GPU, removing side or front panel is probably helpful, also if you shift your drives around so that the lowest fan has clear space to push directly to GPU. But other than that, I don't have suggestions.
