Tested every piece of hardware, no boot

Glonk_

I have tested every single piece of hardware apart from the CPU and Motherboard, both the CPU and the motherboard are brand new, this is my third motherboard as I feared that had died, I've been swapping in and out hardware from my homelab to make sure it works, I've tested it both in and out of the case so the case shouldn't be shorting anything.

When I tested with the previous motherboards it would start but not display anything, with the newest motherboard it doesn't even start. I understand that this is very, very confusing but any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

My hardware currently:

CPU: AMD Athlon x4 AM4, AMD Ryzen 5 3600X

Motherboard: MSI B450 Pro-M2 MAX, ASRock B450M pro4, ASUS prime B450M-AII

GPU: GTX 950 2 GB

RAM: 2x8GB DDR4 LPX Vengeance, 1x8GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance (RGB ;))

PSU: AeroCool Integrator 500W, EVEA 600W

So just to be clear how have you tested each part if it hasn't powered up?

I have a homelab, I have swapped drives power supply and GPU into the homelab to test they work, I took RAM out of the Homelab and put it in the actual PC to confirm that wasn't the issue, I can't test the CPU and mother board but the CPU is brand new, 2 broken CPUs? And 3 faulty motherboards is a statistical impossibility

I have no way to test them to confirm but the chances of 2 faulty CPUs and 3 faulty Motherboards is basically impossible

No, it is extremely rare but not statistically impossible just as valuing GameStop at $350/share was not impossible.

Workstation PC Specs: CPU - i7 8700K; MoBo - ASUS TUF Z390; RAM - 32GB Crucial; GPU - Gigabyte RTX 1660 Super; PSU - SeaSonic Focus GX 650; Storage - 500GB Samsung EVO, 3x2TB WD HDD;  Case - Fractal Designs R6; OS - Win10

The only part you used throughout is the GPU, which could be the problem. How have you managed to get, so much hardware, have you bought it all new.

The motherboards are all bought new, most of it was from old PCs, the thing is the GPU has been tested in another Rig and works
