RX 5700 XT having issues

Hi! I recently got a MSI RX 5700 XT Mech OC and it was brand new in box. When I plugged into my PC, there was weird vertical lines going through the screen. This happens every time I open the computer and goes to windows.

However, when I boot into the BIOS, there is only one huge vertical bars.

Also, there is a Code 43 in Device Manager. Every time I install the drivers, it wouldn't work and Radeon Software will say "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly." Before this GPU, I was just using the integrated intel graphics and it worked fine.

• CPU: i5 9400
• RAM: 16gb 2666 mhz ddr4
• MB: H310CM-HDV/M.2
• PSU: Coolermaster lite 500w

If you've already re-seated your gpu and made sure all the cables are correctly plugged into it (including power cables), then I think you probably want to try an RMA.
