Dual boot selectively gets error 0xc000000e

chadat23

I have Windows 10 installed on 2 SSDs (one for gaming, one for dev stuff). From the BIOS boot menu I can boot into either and each independently works fine. However, after trying to use EasyBCD to edit the MBR I can still boot into either drive if I first select it in the bios, but in neither case can I boot the other drive from the windows dual boot screen. I've tried editing both drives and in both cases I get an error relating to file \Windows\system32\winload.efi and status: 0xc000000e. I'd swear that this is what I did with my old machine but.... Any thoughts? Thanks!

Edit:

I disconnected my other drives, edited the BCDs so the OS selector screen didn't come up, and then ran:

bcdboot d:\windows

and then

bcdboot c:\windows

Now I can boot into the non-default drive from the dual boot screen exactly once between boots from the bios boot menu. After the one boot into the second drive, I can't get back into it through the dual boot screen from either restarting or shutting down and then starting from being powered off.
