I'm planning to build a pc(€650)on June/July....

And I found out about this psu having coil whine, something like that, I don't know...

I don't have many options, if anyone can find me a cheap psu that is on my budget!

Search Gigatron, since that is the store in Serbia.

This is the build that I'm planning to build:

Amd Ryzen 3 2200g

Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB Kit 3000MHz

120GB SSD Crucial

NZXT H510

Gigabyte B450M DS3

AMD RX 550 2GB GDDR5

What country are you in? 
Also I would change the list. You could build a much faster system for that money.

I live in Serbia! Yeah I know, ram is very expensive here and it is not between my budget!
