Pc suddenly starts lagging

Go to solution Solved by Embuer,

I fixed the problem with a bios update

My PC never lagged, but since a few months it sometimes starts lagging for no reason.I use Chrome and after a while my PC starts to lag (same goes for Battlefront and Minecraft). When i look in the taskmanager my pc is not under heavy load.It only stops when I close all programs and restart them. I tried uninstalling Chrome and Avast but it didnt change anything. I also tried Tron Script.

PC parts:

Could be possible because i cant find another reason. Do you have an idea how to check if thats true?

Well your GPU recommends a 450 watt PSU at a minimum. You have a 400 watt PSU, and a bronze rated one at that. Does it list any protections on the box, like OVP or SCP?

I put my parts into a calculator and it shouldn't consume more than 350w. And if it was a PSU problem my PC would suddenly restart and have different problems than I have. Do you have an idea what could cause the problem?
