PC not opening.

I was downloading the drivers for the motherboard on the MSI official website, after I had downloaded them I was installing a few when one asked for a restart. So I did it. But now my computer won't turn on. The LED's on the top - right corner of the motherboard (on the corner of the RAM) turn on with the CPU one turning on first for a couple seconds, then the DRAM one and then it goes back to the CPU one for a split second. The LED's on my GPU also turn on for a couple seconds (as they normally would, but I like to have them turned of so they turn off, they still turn on for a bit when I normally start my computer), until the whole PC starts again. During this whole process nothing ever comes up on my monitor. I have also tried to turn the power supply off, wait a couple minutes, and then turn it on again, but the same thing happens. I also tried to unplugged everything (other than the power supply cable, but including the display port cable) and the LED stays on DRAM for longer now, around 5 seconds. I have done some research online but I wasn't able to find anything, it would be great if you could help. Thanks!

Try doing a CMOS clear/reset.

 

Which driver installation were you on that prompted the failed restart?

I'm not 100% sure but I think it was one for the CPU.
