Screen stutters when I use a higher refreshrate than 60hz, it doesnt matter the resolutoin.

Its like very severe stuttering, and it deosnt matter what cable i use nor what display i use. As fast as I go over 60hz refreshrate the monitor will jumt/stutter aloooot.

I think my gpu is the problem I resently sold my 2070 so now I have an old r9 270 and the display doesnt matter i've gotten the same problem on 3 displays
