Is my rx 560 broken?

So I noticed one of the pins on my graphics card was missing so I just need your guyses help to tell me if it's broken or not

It's probably not even broken and shipped that way. Not all pins are necessary sometimes.

according to the pinout, pin A1 detects the presence of a PCIe card in the slot, so it makes sense it would be shorter than the others to ensure that it only makes a connection when the card is fully inserted.
