Assuming this is for gaming the second one but with a 4670k, a 780ti with an aftermarket cooler the MSI twin frozr is very good and will look great with the build and i'd probably get the 760W model of that PSU.  Allowing you to get the larger SSD if u really wanted it.

but please drop the 4770K and get the 4670K.
