Depends on the system really. They can be quite good but also horrible.

Amazon.com: CyberpowerPC Gamer Xtreme VR Gaming PC, Intel i5-10400F 2.9GHz, GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6GB, 8GB DDR4, 500GB NVMe SSD, WiFi Ready & Win 10 Home (GXiVR8060A10): Computers & Accessories

Is this one good for its price and is it reliable? If you know

It's ok but has a couple issues:

Stock intel cooler

1 stick of ram

Unknown psu

Low end board

Other than that it's pretty ok

Could you suggest me another good prebuilt gaming pc for under 1k USD? Or somewhere I could find one? I need a new computer and I want to use it for gaming but I don't have the cash to loan one from mars.

I mean the issues I described are basically common in almost all prebuilts so yeah pick your poison. Hence why building yourself is a good alternative.

If I get that prebuilt I linked you could I just buy the extra parts for it to get it to work fine? Also, what issues could come from that?

Well yeah but then you are spending more and missing the point of a prebuilt. Those replacement parts would basically be you building the system as it would need a complete teardown. That and you'll spend more than just building one from scratch that and it would take a lot more time and effort too.

Well what would those issues that the prebuilt has cause? What would be in the impact?

It would be very loud, have bad temperatures that can and will cause lower performance and the lack of a second ram stick directly impacts performance and can cause stutters in games.

Edit: forgot the psu part a bad psu can kill your entire system

How hard would it be to fix those issues? Can't I just replace those specific components? Specifically the RAM. Even if it is more expensive.

Yes but again it would be harder to do so as you need to entirely disassemble the system and reassemble it for the cooler than just buying good parts yourself and building it yourself.

That and it would be more expensive that just buying the parts yourself. You'll also loose warranty. I mean I kid you not you'll spend another 200$ or so extra on top of that system and by then you can buy a lot better diy system from scratch if you want a partslist just say so I can make one later

Alright I'll see if I can convince my grandma about building a PC. my budget is 1000$ and I live in the US. Thank you. Can you make a part list?
