Do I need a new PSU for my 3070?

I have a R5 3600 and my current psu is a Corsair TX650M will I need a better one

Depending on the rest of the system, that PSU will get you by, although, you should be fine with this one. Also, if its on the older side or near the end of its warranty period, I'd upgrade to something like a Corsair RM750x.

If so, then no, it will work perfectly fine with a 3070.

will work fine with 3070. that does not have transient and power spikes as 3080 and 3090 does.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
