Boot keeps getting corupted

Hy guys I need help, I appreciate any help I can get.

My Windows keeps getting corrupted for some reason(Unable to boot into it) Usually happens while I am playing games or talking in discord.

Stuff I have tried
Reinstall windows
memtest
buy new ssd

And right now I am trying to do a bios update but don't know which version to take. There are FB and PCe, I have no idea what's the different I tried googling but couldn't find anything.

I would just go for the latest non beta bios update

How old is your power supply? Not enough power and often sudden shutdowns will for sure cause corruption.
