Stream what? “The game” is not descriptive.  There are lots of games.   720p shouldn’t overload the GPU at all in almost anything though.  Flightsimulator 2020 might be an exception.  I’m not sure. The nvme encoder produces a lot less strain on the CPU by moving the load to the GPU.  The thing is, depending on what your are playing while streaming, your CPU may actually have more spare room than your gpu. That 720p makes it unlikely of course.   Will it work? Sure.  The question is what kind of hardware hit will it be and will it be too much.  720p is effectively 1/2k though.  Doesn’t take much.  

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
