I have a lian li lancool 2 rgb and purchased 3 more fans for the case. At present I have the 3 stock fans connected via the Jrainbow header of my motherboard. The other 3 are connected via the antec controller. This connects to the other Jrainbow connector of my mainboard, as such I can control both sets of fans via the motherboard. However as some of you might be aware Mystic Lights is s*** The profiles on my Antec controller are miles better and I can control them via the reset switch. Unfortunately it only changes the 3 fans and the RGB strips I have. They other 3 stock ones are still controlled via the header or the cases own controller. If I plugged the argb header of the lian li into the Antec controller would I be able to control all the fans VIA it? The only reason I have not tried is for fear or blowing up the fans. Or worse the mobo! Anyone who knows or has tried please let me know.

the mb rgb header has a max fo 3 amps so you can add more up to 3 amps or a little less. if you realy dont no buy a powered argb hub that gets its power form sata or molex and its data form the mb.

I'm not sure you understood my question. I know the motherboard headers can control multiple fans that's not the issue. I want to control all my RGB's via the ANTEC controller not the MOBO header. If I plug the ARGB header (The one for MOBO control) from the Lian Li controller into one of the ARGB ports on the ANTEC one will it control the 3 stock fans? Or will it kill the LED's?

no i understand it. if thow fans are compatible with the controller from the case then use a splitor or an power hub like i said.
