i dont have any screenshots because its happens so fast (about 1/6th of a second) but randomly my rx 570 will display random graphic hic-ups like: staticscreen, desktop inverted purple, etc. i have absolutely no issues gaming, temps are fine. no matter how much i lower the clock speeds it never goes away, its always random, i mainly do alot of desktop work (fl studio) so these are distracting, annoying, and irritating. driver version 20.12.1, xfx rx 570 4gb clock speeds(unchanged): 1100 mhz core, 1850 mhz mem. +0 power limit. idle temps 23c, workstation temps 34-40c depending on graphical interfaces. gaming temps, 40-50c and a max of 58c. note: I've tried different hdmi cables to no success it usually happens every 6-35 minutes

Have you made sure it's not display, cable or connector issue? Because then what is left is dying piece of hardware.
