Postcode C5 on ASRock B550 Steel Legend

I tried booting my pc today and I got the postcode C5 on my pc, I checked my manual and there was nothing about it. The only thing I could find on the internet was that it might be something related to ram. I've reseated both my ram and my gpu and I've had nothing. Does anyone know what this means?

I appreciate that ASRock has clearly been using this debug code on their boards going back at least as far as the 990FX chipset (based on a quick Google search) but still doesn't bother to document it in their manuals. 🙄

Try with just one RAM stick, first one and then the other.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

I've tried this and nothing has changed, I've tried all slots with both modules
