An idea for extreme cooling

I'm relatively new to building pc's but I'm really fascinated with extreme and innovative builds so while doing some reading about phase change cooling I had and idea: If you submerged the pc in mineral oil could you drop the temperatures lower without having to worry about condensation? I'm not sure if this has been talked about before or if I'm just being a sperg. So is this even something that's possible or is it completely unnecessary?

Many people have done it (it's not that novel).

To be fair it's pretty horrible as you basically sentence your components to be in there forever as you are not going to get mineral oil off of them afterwards. It's for sure one of those you do it and that is it everything stays in it forever. That and the oil creeps and gets everywhere outside the tank eventually. Not such a great thing to do but a fun project.

I know about regular mineral oil pc's. My question was about putting one of large phase coolers that use mini fringe compressors to freeze the cpu block into the mineral oil. They have the problem with condensation building up near the cooling block and have to take a lot of precaution to make sure it doesn't build up too much and cause a short. is that possible?
