Ok. What do you think about the i7 4770? Some youtubers are using this cpu.

Like I said on the first page, games don't really benefit from HT. There's no point getting an i7 over the i5 for gaming.

Second of all, I doubt you have used the 4440. Not all i5's are the same. There are modern celerons that outperform i5's from previous generations.

The pc shouldn't just be for gaming, also for rendering and making videos what is better for those thinks (i mean both)?

You said maybe YouTube. The i5 is plenty for that. You should also be using the gpu to accelerate renders and not so much the cpu.

My budget isn't 1100€ anymore. Now it's 1000€.

The parts list is under 850€...

with the i5 4440 or 4670 it does fit.

Like I said before 770 > 660.

For some perspective:

770, 280x > 280 > 760 > 270x > 270 > 265 > 660
