Laptop/notebook for FS 19

Hello

 

I need some advice an what laptop to buy for Farming Simulator 19 aka FS19.

 

I asked this question here: https://forum.giants-software.com/viewtopic.php?f=963&t=175940, and one of the users forwarded me here.

The laptop should be as low as possible in terms of Wattage: TL;DR everything is described on GIANTS' forum (the above link).

 

So any advice on the matter?

jokes aside, a user on that forum seem to have said that he ran it fine on an amd laptop apu, it depends on what kinda settings do you wanna play, pretty sure this game isnt demanding

As I said I would like the game to run on medium to high settings (if I have to I would consider low settings reasonable for less power consumption), the game should run on native resolution that's 1080p for most today's laptops - again I can consider setting this a bit lower not to degrade graphics clarity, but to improve performanse, which btw should be at least 20 fps (15 as a minimum but not constant), 30 would be great, I don't need this to be any higher though, it's just more wattage and money at start to sacrifice.

 

As for buget I wouldn't state any limits or starting points since pricess differ from one store to another, let alone one country to another, so I think whatever you would consider a buget laptop isn't a case here or vice versa, lets say I can go for up to 800 USD for a laptop but no higher. so something in that sector, and something that will under load be up to max 60 W power consumption.

 

The most demanding thing for that laptop will be that game, and that's it, I know it demands OpenGL 4.0 or something that is what forced me to upgrade from an old 64 W laptop to desktop PC, but desktop PC is power hungry, and I can't afford it's running costs.
