Other details okay so I'm a noob to computers I did have a computer built for me at 450$ but it doesn't run the games I play well enough I basically play games with a lot of AI on screen I'm talking 50,000 units on screen so I want a computer that can handle that easy my current computer can not handle that I need a lot of help here again I am very nooby so don't expect me to understand a lot I'm going to build this one from scratch new everything I'm selling my current one I'll take all the help I can get thanks also I won't be buying the parts until next month

If budget most be exactly you can ditch the 212 Evo tough cooler but the PC will be a bit louder.

 

Any CPU over 65w then you want the ASRock B450/B550 Pro4 or better.

You have 32gb of 3600mhz cl18 ram, a a520, a hyper 212 evo, a 550w cx, and please don't tell me that case has a tempered glass front panel.

Well I see nothing wrong with the 212 Evo, the OP doesnt seem like he want to OC it to the moon, the PSU may not be good enough yeah maybe a TXM(gold) from Corsair should do the trick! And A520 is perfectly fine with any 65w CPU.

You might need to wait a few more months for the GPUS to come back into normal-ish stock, the market has gone to sh*t currently- used and new- and it's very hard to buy a video card at anything less than 25%+ over msrp. If you can I'd *highly* suggest you wait.

This build just has a nicer cooler, motherboard, more ram, and a 5800x in case you'd want more cores. The ram and 5800x aren't needed if you don't plan to do some serious multitasking (like say, 10 webpages open while gaming on a triple-aaa games, or video editing, whatever you fancy)

I'd.. just go stock. Or better yet go for a 10400f. Better performance and a stock cooler. The a520 is less about sustaining the chip and more about... well everything. There's like 4 usb ports, a 3600 ison the edge of what a a520 can handle, just everything

The market is inflated, I sacrificed a whole bunch of things to afford a graphics card at the inflated prices. My collegue here at the forum thinks its better to wait for the prices to normalize before pulling the trigger fo a buy! His build is more solid but getting the stuff at prices require patience...

If your willing to wait for stock, then the 3080 could be at 700. If you have to buy now, then you could buy this 3080 (but It will be 200 over msrp)

Fair enough build, but the you don't really need that cooler, I'd personally get a a2000 or a mx500 for the ssd, but the sn550 is fine so long as you know it's dram-less, and the suprim x for the price ain't great. If it's just a filler for a generalized 3080 ignore this, but if it isn't: The pcb and components are very similar to the gaming x trio, which you may recall isn't the greatest 3080 ever... In most cases the 3080 FE will be cheaper and perform nearly as well.
