Stolen Google Account

Hi, I have my google account (which I use for literally everything), which was stolen. I ma trying to access the account recovery page but I'm stuck in a loop. I enter my email as you can see in this video, my old password and it gives me the options. The tap yes on your phone only shows me this. I had everything linked to that account. Somehow the person who did this also managed to get through the 2fa I have set up. I did not recieve any promts or messages, (which I always do when i sign in, as I set 2fa up a while ago, after someone took control of my dad's outlook account)

If you select "Try another way" does it give you any other options?

The options I get are tap yes on your phone (all devices of mine have been removed from there)

Send an sms to ********* which is not my mobile number

and to send a recovery email, which this person put as the email itself

A guy asking and answering in his bedroom since he has nothing else to do
