Cant access my UEFI

I cant seem to access my UEFI on my Z87-A, it doesnt even come up telling me to push f2 or f10 to enter it, it just straight up goes to desktop, I'm using Windows 8.1 if that is relevant.

Thats what I tried, but it doesnt show that, as soon as I push the power button, it signs in and is at the desktop in a matter of seconds haha I feel like its to do with Windows 8.1

Maybe the splash screen is too short. You could either hit the buttons as fast as you can, or you can take out your HDD or something so it can't load Windows. From there, you could easily get into the BIOS/ UEFI to change the splash screen time, then plug back the HDD

 

 

 

Not sure if there's a simpler solution, but nothing else is coming to mind
