Aero theme getting stuck?

I'm just wondering if anyone else has this or if its normal because I don't remember it ever being like this...

 

When I move the mouse off the task bar the animations stop animating.

 

Keep in mind the mouse is not over the icon so I don't think it shoudl be lit up.

I get that sometimes, no clue how to fix it... :/

same here it may just be there and no way to fix it i just drag my mouse onto another icon and then drag it up real fast and it goes away eventually

That happens from time to time. It's still Windows we're talking about.

 

End the explorer.exe process and start it again via Run.

I get it sometimes. Rebooting or logging off and back on works.
