GPU or CPU?

i currently have a 15 9400f and a 1060 i was wonder what should i get first. i want to stream but also have good fps

New GPU, something ranging from 1650 super up to 1660 ti.

if you want to get more FPS in games a better GPU is almost always the answer.

Only if oyu play very CPU heavy games like GTA 5 and Cities Skylines the CPU would make a bit more sense.
