I opened a ticket on the 16, they said 2 days. No reply

Seriously? why post this here? This is a corsair issue and non of us work at corsair. You should post this on the corsair forums where you're likely to get an answer from someone that's actually able to help you.

Or just wait. They have a lot of tickets sometimes and it might take a while. Corsair has answered all of my tickets so just be patient.
