Hello everyone, this is my first post in the community.

I build my new PC a month ago with these specs:

  • NZXT H510 white case
  • Ryzen 7 5800X + Noctua D15S chromax black (cooler fits tight, I'm planing to put an additional A12x25 when there's a chromax black version)
  • Crucial Ballistix White 4x8GB @ 3600MHz CL16
  • ASUS Prime X570 Pro (with lights off)
  • Gigabyte SSD M.2 PCIE 4.0 + 2 SSD Crucial BX500 2TB
  • Gigabyte RTX 3080 Eagle (it was the only one I could buy)
  • All Noctua case fans: 2xA14 front, 1xS12A rear and 1xA12x15 top (I can´t put 25mm fans because they collide with the 2x8pin motherboard CPU connectors)
  • Seasonic Focus+ 850W + Cablemod white sleeved cables

The main problem is that the case is an oven. At stock temps the CPU and the GPU run at 50°C. When I play some games, the rear-top part of the case feels really hot.

(I have the last stable bios for my motherboard and the last drivers for the GPU)

So I was looking for a minimalist white case and I found some options:

  • Fractal Design Define 7 Compact Light Tempered Glass (I was also looking at Define 7 but I don't think I put many HDDs)
  • Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic White
  • Lian Li Lancool 205 White

My main goal is to make my PC cool and quiet.

I would like you to help me chosing a white case with a good airflow, if you have any other recommendation I will appreciate it.

Thank you!

PD: In the image I removed the glass just to take the photo without reflections.

The Corsair 275R airflow has a white variant. I have the black one and my temps are great. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Cases/Mid-Tower-ATX-Cases/275R-Airflow-Tempered-Glass-Mid-Tower-Gaming-Case/p/CC-9011182-WW

Thank you very much!

I see that the best cases for my PC are the "mesh" type ones.

I assume "at stock temps" means at idle.

What are the actual temps under load? 50 C kind of warm at idle, but we haven't actually verified there's a problem, "feels hot" is subjective.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
