Hello there:)

I recently bought a case and mounted my aio on top of it. Now here is the problem: the aio is 38mm thicc and the case supported max 35, i didn't knew that and the ram blocked the cooler from entering. The space the ram pushed the cooler was like 3mm so the end of the mounting screw could catch the cooler. I managed to mount it but the motherboard is bent because the aio, as i said, pushes the ram. My question is: if the pc is running for now, are there chances in the future the motheboard will break?

35mm max width?!  That’s one thin case.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Yes, the motherboard will be further damaged with heating and cooling cycling.

You should NOT continue with your system like this and your motherboard should not bend link that in the first place, if it was screwed properly on standoffs.

what should i do then

remove the aio, hope the mobo bends back into its designated position, buy a smaller cooler, should be obvious?

well my mobo bends more than that momentarily when I plug in the ATX power cable... and the standoffs are mounted properly (I just don't think there are any in that particular section)

no, 35mm thic rad

So the issue is the radiator is running into the pump?  Still thin.

So even lower.  At the end of the day putting pressure on anything is bad.  Some ram sticks are lower profile than others.  It usually has to do with the design of the heat spreader.
