Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Not any particular game but will be using for Gaming and Streaming.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): An RTX 3070 or 3060ti. AMD processor, and a monitor. Will be helpful if products are available in Amazon India.

GPUs are out of stock everywhere and what is in stock is insanely priced.

In my country, the stocks are everywhere at about 10% up from the msrp. Reason being that almost no one can afford it since many people lost their savings due to the virus lol

Sucks that every 30 series GPU is either out of stock or just like twice the price.

Nice, I don't mind the shortages as I"m not a gamer really, and I bought a workstation card instead.

That will be ~3 months or more (minimum) and the PC landscape will have changed enough that the products we suggest today, may have been discontinued by then, rendering the parts list, obsolete. 

Personally, I'd wait, and keep an eye on stock, when things return to normal then report your question.

Thats a good idea, but I guess this whole GPU thing will take more than 3 months to come to normal, specially for the 30 series cards. Anyways thanks.

Your best bet is hopping into the EVGA queue for the 30 series. They reserve your spot for 8 hours when it's your turn.
