Why So Slow Download Speed?

I have a 20mbps wifi at my home
and my isp is WorldLink
But even with a 20mbps network
I only download at 1.5. to  2mbps speed

I tried both wifi and ethernet
But result is the same


Is it so because i only have a 20 mbps connection
My laptop's network adapter's problem
Or my router's problem




HELP MEE!!

ISP advertises their internet speeds as mega bits and computers usually show download speeds as mega bytes. Very common to get Mbps confused with MBps.
