Microphone sample rate unchangeable

Greetings.

I recently received my Neewer Microphone (NW-8000), and whenever I try to use a voicechanger, it will not work. It wants me to change the sample rate but it is greyed out and unclickable. (see image below)image.thumb.png.128daa332a03a87ede96c11eeb231ffd.png

There is no way to change it, as far as I know. If it is something to do with the drivers, it wont detect any but if you know what ones they are, please link them. Is it something to do with the brand or is it just an issue.
