I have tried asking Reddit but my post never meet the requirements if I should post this somewhere else let me know please

The OP has an RX 480 8gb, getting a GTX 1060 is not an upgrade.

Unless this guy is needing Remote Desktop and running a bunch of VMs in another room, yet still needing advice on pc parts, win10 home is just fine.  As it is for most everyday users

Windows Pro is not only about Remote Desktop and not much to do with VMs. There are configuration settings missing in "Administrative Tools"  there is no "GroupPolicy Editor" and lots of other things missing so you can not have the optimum settings or control of your PC.

I'd recommend a better GPU (if you can find one right now, RTX 2060 / GTX 1660 Ti / GTX 1070 level should be fine) if you can fit it in your budget, and a decent-ish M.2 SSD as a boot drive. You could also overclock the CPU if you're comfortable with that.

Ryzen 7 3700X / 16GB RAM / Optane SSD / GTX 1650 / Solus Linux

I’m full well aware of the differences, They just simply don’t matter to the vast majority of casual users, most people will never touch any of it.
