hey guys should I upgrade my motherbard_ It is currently MSI b450m a pro max.

 

Ryzen 5 3600x 2x16gb 300mhz 

gtx 1660 super

No, if you want to and you have money just off the shelf upgrade to Rtx 3060ti or Rtx 2070

It's like ok motherboard. 

Go for b450 tomahawk or b550 from asus

it's not great, you probably can't overclock your 3600 and you definitely can't upgrade to a better cpu. but for now if everything is working fine for you, there's no need to upgrade.

i'd only upgrade the motherboard if you upgrade your cpu as well.
