PC randomly freezea

MRDotted

I've been having a problem where my PC randomly freezes for no reason. It doesnt matter what I'm doing - Playing a game, watching youtube, or having the PC just idle - it'll just randomly freeze and I have to completely turn it off using the power button. I read somewhere that this could be because of old drivers, but after checking, all my drivers were up to date. I have no idea why this would happen, and its extremely annoying. How can I fix it?

My current build:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

Mobo: Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite V2

GPU: XFX Radeon RX 6800 SWFT 319

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO (4x8 3200MHz)

Storage: Patriot P300 128GB, XPG SPECTRIX S40G 1TB, WD HDD 1TB

Cooler: Corsair iCUE H150i RGB ELITE

PSU: Corsair RMx 750W 80 Plus Gold

Case: Corsair 4000D

Monitor: AOC Q27G2S

Keyboard: Corsair K95 RGB PLATINUM

Mouse: Roccat Burst Pro

Headphones: Roccat ELO 7.1 USB

Microphone: Roccat Torch

There are a number of reasons for this problem. I'm listing some of the steps;

1.clean your pc. The reason is that due to the dust accumulated, the pc may overheat which in turn cause the random freeze.

2.run system scan for antivirus or maintenance ( as it may be due to advert malware using up resources.)

3.upgrade psu to coolermaster or corsair.

4.change thermal compound on cpu and if possible on gpu. ( this is a strong contender)

5. Remove ram and clean the contact pins with micro fiber cloth and iso-propyl alcohol

6. If the above steps doesn't work, install a completely ney copy of windows.
