Printer Queue Stuck and Not Deleting

I cannot restart or cancel this job that is stuck. I checked the printer, it is connected via Wifi, the connection is good, the printer has ink and paper. I've also tried restarting my printer to no avail. I am also at the latest windows update for those who are wondering.

You could try to stop the service "Print Spooler", delete the task, and then start the Print Spooler again.

 

I seem to remember solving this kind of problem like that in the past.

(Mind you, that was back on Windows Server 2003.....)
